Our services

PenAnySys provides cybersecurity compliance consulting, including gap analyses, readiness assessments, and advisory work related to frameworks such as NIST, PCI DSS, and HIPAA. Information on this website is general and for informational purposes only. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

No guarantee of compliance or audit outcome

Our assessments and recommendations are based on the information and access you provide at the time of the engagement. Compliance is an ongoing responsibility of your organization. PenAnySys does not guarantee that you will pass any audit, certification, or regulatory review, and our services are not a substitute for legal advice. Where a formal attestation is required, such as a PCI DSS Report on Compliance, it must be issued by the appropriately qualified assessor.

What you will receive: replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and invoice notices.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
